About The Therapist
In every individual I serve through my practice, there is an almost omnipresent sense of feeling lost, weary, sad and unsure of self. As a therapist, I use my training and experience to safely guide you through the process of self-exploration and a greater understanding of self.
My practice acquires, maintains and preserves a safe space where you can feel empowered and encouraged to live your truth and find peace, love, and hope for a better outcome of challenging situations. We provide a non-judgemental stance which allows individuals to share and process life's experiences. My mission is to explore and provide specific coping strategies to assist you as well as incorporating strength-based and solution-focused interventions to help you change your mindset in order to discover the light within you.
